At Capone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and tagged items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Capone account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the original invoice is included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
